From winter 2021 to spring 2023, Théo Deliyannis spent three trips to a Cycladic island. At the end of each day, he posted a sort of experimental postcard on Instagram, filmed for about a minute. Placed end to end and then transferred to 16mm film, without editing, these short videos of daily life form the episodes of a three-season series. From the weather to the cats waiting for him at the bottom of his door, from the crumbling rock to the food that disappears, the film tells the story of someone who seeks to record everything he feels, sees, touches and who, little by little, ends up sinking into his island...
📽 The series lasts a total of 1h30, and will be screened in 16mm sound copy.
